These Terms & Conditions govern your use of medtoursmalaysia.com and the medical travel facilitation services provided under the MedToursMalaysia brand. Please read them carefully before you send us your medical reports.
Who we are
MedToursMalaysia is a medical travel facilitation service operated by Virtual Dynamic Ventures, Business Registration No. 202603217802 (TR0347936-T), registered in Malaysia. In these Terms, we, us and our mean Virtual Dynamic Ventures. You can reach us at cares@medtoursmalaysia.com.
Our role
We are a facilitator, not a healthcare provider. We do not practise medicine and we do not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. We help you collect and share your medical reports with independent Malaysian hospitals, obtain a written treatment plan and cost estimate, and arrange the travel, stay and support around your treatment. Every medical decision is made by you and your treating doctors.
Fees and payments
We do not receive any share of your hospital or medical fees and we do not add any mark-up to them. You pay the hospital directly for medical care, at the hospital's own published rates. We are paid a commission by the hospitality, accommodation and transport providers we arrange for you; that commission is included in the price those providers set and does not change your medical costs.
Enquiries and cost estimates
We do not publish or quote treatment prices, and this website shows no price, price range or indicative figure for any treatment. A written cost estimate is issued by the hospital alone, after its specialists have reviewed your medical reports, and it is subject to the hospital's own terms. An estimate may change if your medical situation or treatment plan changes.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and medical documents you send us are accurate and complete, and that you are entitled to share them. Where you send us documents about another person, for example a family member, you confirm that you have their authority to do so. You are responsible for your own travel documents, visas, insurance and for following your doctor's instructions.
Appointments and third-party providers
Hospitals, clinics, specialists, hotels, airlines and transport providers are independent third parties. Their own terms, prices and cancellation policies apply to the services you buy from them. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, but we will help you resolve any problem that arises with an arrangement we made for you.
Communications by WhatsApp, email and phone
By giving us your phone number and contacting us on WhatsApp, you agree that we may contact you on that number about your enquiry, including by WhatsApp message and by email. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or by emailing cares@medtoursmalaysia.com. WhatsApp messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business service operated by Meta Platforms. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel or change your enquiry at any time at no cost to you. Once you have confirmed a booking with a hospital, hotel or transport provider, that provider's cancellation policy and charges apply. We will always tell you those terms before you confirm.
Limitation of liability
We provide our facilitation services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for medical outcomes, for the acts or omissions of hospitals, specialists or other third parties, for delays outside our control, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Website content and intellectual property
The content, brand and design of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Any hospital or treatment information shown on this website comes from public or illustrative sources; it does not imply any partnership with, or endorsement by, any hospital, and the details will be confirmed with the hospital before they are relied on.
Privacy
We handle your personal and medical information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its last updated date, is the version that applies. Material changes will be notified on this website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
