MedTourisMalaysia acts as a medical travel facilitator. To prepare a treatment plan and cost estimate, we collect personal details (name, contact information, country and city) and sensitive medical information (reports, scans, laboratory results) that you choose to share with us.
Your medical documents are shared only with the partner hospitals and specialists needed to assess your case, and only for that purpose. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We store your information securely, limit access to staff who work on your case, and retain it only as long as needed to support your treatment and follow-up, or as required by law.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Where treatment records are held by a hospital, we will help you direct your request to them.
